How many photos do I need?
The product page shows the exact number. Select the photos together and drag the thumbnails into order. You can upload the same photo more than once. Fill every required photo space and text field before adding the item to your bag.
What can I personalize?
Add only the names, initials, dates or messages requested on that product page. The rest of the artwork stays as shown. Designs with names or initials only do not require a photo.
Which files can I upload?
Use clear original JPG, PNG or WebP files, up to 4 MB each. Avoid screenshots and blurred photos. For portrait designs, keep faces fully visible. Product images show an example; your uploaded photos are not rendered live on the page.
What sizes and materials do you use?
Golf towels: 61 × 41 cm (24 × 16 in), waffle microfiber made from 88% polyester and 12% nylon, with a carabiner. Seat covers: 130 × 79 cm, 100% polyester towel fabric, with armrest openings. Golf pouches: 14 × 17.5 cm, 600D Oxford polyester, with a zip pocket and swivel clip. Check the individual product details before choosing.
How do I care for my item?
Hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle for towels and seat covers. Pouches can be washed with water as needed. Do not bleach. Air dry; do not iron the printed fabric.
Where do you deliver and what does shipping cost?

Can I change my personalization?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes or cancel only before production begins. Check spelling and photo order before submitting.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us with your order number, a description and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund. Personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns; your statutory rights are unaffected.
