BirdieMoments uses the information you provide to respond to enquiries and prepare your personalized products.
Photos and personalization
Your uploaded photos stay in your browser until you add the design to your bag. The original files, names, messages and design choices are then stored privately with the saved item. They are not added to the public media library. Authorized shop managers can access the files to prepare your artwork.
Orders and production
For an accepted order, we use your contact, delivery and personalization details to fulfill it. Necessary artwork and delivery information are shared with our production partner and delivery providers, including providers in China. Payment is handled by the payment service displayed at checkout; do not send card details through the contact form.
Retention
Unordered artwork is scheduled for cleanup after two days. Artwork linked to an order is scheduled for cleanup after 90 days. Order records may be retained separately for accounting, customer support and legal obligations. Contact messages remain in the private studio inbox until removed by an administrator.
Cookies and enquiries
The website uses essential WordPress and WooCommerce cookies for functions such as your bag and account. Contact form details are used to respond to your enquiry. Submitting the form does not sign you up to marketing.
Your choices
Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Avoid sensitive information in photos or messages. To ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion, contact us. We may need to verify the request and retain records required by law.
